Great Customer Service! My husband and I had been looking for weeks to find a good used car. I stumbled upon Lithias website and saw they had the car we had been looking for. The internet assistant got us intouch with mark who we explained we lived aways away and wanted some pictures if possible. He got on it right away and sent us the pictures showing us that the car was in good shape inside and out. So we told him we would be on our way. He then let us know He would get the car out of the lot and park it in front so it was ready for us. He did just that we got there it was waiting for us out in front of the dealership. We drove the car and told him we wanted it. We also let him know we were in a bit of a hurry. Mark made sure we were in and out in no time. It was a pleasure to deal with him. There was no messing around or going back and forth. We usually don't like going through a dealership for the Hassle but it was a good experience. We highly recommend this dealership and Mark who helped us he was right on top of everything and made our experience great ! More

Mark Turanski was our helpful, informative, LOW pressure salesman. He showed us what we were looking for, and did not try to pressure us into anything. Daniel Perry was patient, helpful, and answered all our questions about finances, warranty, and sigining all the paperwork. they all get 5 stars because from showing the vehicle, to discussing price and options, to signing the final papers I can honestly say it was the most positive experience I have ever had at a dealership! More
Untrustworthy and dishonest service I recently purchased a used 2014 Subaru Outback from this dealership. The sales rep was really helpful and informative while I was considering this v I recently purchased a used 2014 Subaru Outback from this dealership. The sales rep was really helpful and informative while I was considering this vehicle. However, I did notice that the tires looked fairly worn out and thus offered a lower than asking price because I felt like the vehicle needed new tires immediately. The sales manager, Val, came out to talk to me about my offer. He tested each tire personally and told me that he was unable to drop the price of the car because the tires had at least a year left on them. Then I heard a whole lecture about how this dealership does not operate like other dealerships and gives honest service and prices from the beginning. So I bought the car at asking price and was really surprised and disgusted when I went back to this dealership a week later to get my oil changed and I was told they tested my tires and they needed to be replaced immediately. I then took the car to Les Schwab, and they also confirmed I needed new tires immediately. At eight months pregnant it was really discouraging to know that someone would knowingly sell me unsafe tires, and then not even acknowledge it when I brought this back to the attention of the sales manager, Val. After learning the tires were bad, I went in to speak to Val who said he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me, never apologized, and failed to return any of my follow up phone calls. If you want honest service and the comfort of knowing you a purchasing a vehicle safe to drive do NOT go here. More

Never once I felt like I was being pressured, or pushed. Everything was perfectly explained to me, no surprises, best sales experience ever. For awhile I was living in another state, and I still drove to them to purchase a vehicle, they are that amazing. Trust me, you owe yourself a visit here. This is what a dealership should be like, honest, friendly, helpful, just amazing. I HATE surveys or leaving feedback most of the time, except in this case they are so amazing that I am actually actively looking for places I can praise them. If I have to start walking to random people on the street to let them know how great Oregon City Subaru is I will. More

Tale of Two Cities Forest Grove to Oregon City is a long way to go but for us it was worth it. We met Trish at the Portland Auto Show and when we went to Lithia Subaru Forest Grove to Oregon City is a long way to go but for us it was worth it. We met Trish at the Portland Auto Show and when we went to Lithia Subaru to see her she did everything she said she would. Preliminary e-mails re: just what we were looking for helped her prepare to take good care of us when we arrived. She took us out for a test drive at our request, explained the features of the Forester as we drove along and gave us a chance to physically compare different model years. She seems to understand people and what they need in a vehicle. Her knowledge about cars made it easy to ask questions because it was clear that she has experience in her field and could answer them. As someone else mentioned in these reviews, buying a car from Trish was, well, fun! More

No pressure required Met Ryan at the 2017 Autos Show in Portland. Told him what I was looking for... Stated he may have some used cars to show me at the dealership or even try the new 2017 Subaru Outback. Told him of my budget The car I chose was well within my budget. Test drove several Subaru Outback models including the Eyesight package. This was more than was needed for me so we looked at a couple with less bells and whistles. Found the vehicle I was looking for. Then came the part of the experience I was dreading ... Sales with the different options. Each option increased the bottom line. I gave them a certain number and wasn't going to go beyond that point. They understood and were able to come up with a plan that worked for me. Ryan stayed with me the entire time which showed he cared for me not just the sale of a vehicle. Most other dealerships I've dealt with seem to pass you around like a loaf of bread. Here they did not. They made the visit and buying experience very enjoyable. Thank you. More
