Met up with Melinda (sales rep) - took the test drive; she was really friendly and seemed fairly knowledgeable about this Toyota, even though she's a Subaru rep. At her desk, worked on the details -she really wanted to make a sale, but was not super high pressure or "sales-y". We couldn't quite make it work. She brought out Val (sales manager?) and we talked for a while. He was equally as nice and friendly, not overly pushy. He gave us a bit more background on the car and price and our trade-in value. We counter-offered, and he took it to the back to see if they could accept it. We finally found terms that worked and we bought the car. There was some follow up work on the car necessary for a couple days, so Alex was out lead point contact from there on out. He was another friendly one, answered our questions, or found out someone who could. We worked with Daniel in the business office - really knowledge and absolutely nice and easy to talk with. He went to the service office and got us some additional service history data we had asked for. All in all, our car buying experience was pleasant, the team was really friendly and in the end, we got a great car for a super price. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

DK listened and worked for us as much as for the dealership in putting our deal together. Also everyone at the dealer was nice, and polite, treating us as people not just buyers. Val was a great help putting the finishing touches together with DK and us, and then Rick was also great with the paperwork process (normally a bit of a downer in the process...but not here). We definitely will have no problem coming back here in the future for maintenance or purchases. More

She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the Subaru Outback we purchased. She walk us through all the important information, features, and function. However, I recently needed to replace my vehicle and a good friend recommended that I stop by Lithia Subaru. He purchased a new Subaru there the week before and had excellent things to say about his experience. So we drove down the hill to Lithia and took some new and some used cars for test dives. Alex was really great to work with, and all of that apprehension and anxiety that I had built into my preconception of what it would be like to buy a new car dissolved. Alex was friendly, patient, informative, encouraging, and enthusiastic, to name a few qualities that stood out as making my experience a positive one. I love my new Subaru, thank you Lithia Subaru! Excellent service! I'd recently bought an 05' Subaru Forester from a family friend, which shortly after buying ended up having internal engine failure. I took it to Lith I'd recently bought an 05' Subaru Forester from a family friend, which shortly after buying ended up having internal engine failure. I took it to Lithia Subaru and they gave me the option to trade in my old broken down Subaru to lease a newer one. I liked that idea and am now leasing a brand new Crosstrek! DK was very patient with me and my family, he negotiated a deal that worked the best for my budget being that I'm almost graduated from college, and he walked me through the owner's manual so I could actually understand ALL of the controls in my new car. Thank you for your excellent service and answering all of my questions, DK!! More

Very caring and professional people to work with! We walked into Lithia Subaru of Oregon City on a day when a snowstorm hit our region. We met Alex Wiswall and explained what kind of vehicle we were l We walked into Lithia Subaru of Oregon City on a day when a snowstorm hit our region. We met Alex Wiswall and explained what kind of vehicle we were looking to purchase and what we were willing to pay. Even though the weather conditions were getting worse by the minute, he took us for a test drive of both the Outback and the Forrester. The cars fared very well in spite of the road conditions and he expertly answered all of our questions (from the most basic to the more in depth issues, he really knew a great deal about both of the models !). After the test drive,we were convinced on the idea of purchasing an Outback. Alex then introduced us to Cory Fay in management and they both made the purchase simple and transparent. The particular vehicle color that we desired was not available and delivery was delayed by several weeks due to the successive storms. We explained to Alex and Cory that we really needed an all wheel drive vehicle in order to go to work and take care of our family at that time. So, they kindly loaned to us (for about 3 weeks) a new Outback to get around in until our vehicle arrived in the area! They both treated us so nicely and we felt well cared for through every phase of the experience. They have earned our trust and loyalty because of their honesty, expertise and kindness. More

The salesperson I worked with was Mark Turanski and I have to sa I had a pleasant experience buying my first new car which is a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The salesperson I worked with was Mark Turanski and I have to say that it made me changed my attitude towards car salespeople. He wasn't pushy nor did I suspect that he was being shady in any way. I told him directly that I want a pleasant buying experience and a fair market price for the vehicle that I'm interested in and that's exactly what I got. If I buy another Subaru in the future, I would like to work with Mark again. More

After having pulled the left blade free, they were completely out of sync. I brought the car in on a Saturday ( which is normally saved for appointments), but Sean assured me he could remedy the problem if I didn't mind waiting a couple hours. Anyway, Sean has an easy, friendly way of dealing with customers and their problems. A good guy who even RUNS between the 2 Service desks. More
