Trish Howard is rad! Let me start by saying, I hate the car-buying experience. This is the fourth used vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. Typically, I leave with a pounding headache and overwhelming despair for humanity. However, Trish Howard at Lithia was super enjoyable to work with and she made the hours go by with pleasure. As I ate my share of perfectly stale redvines, we commiserated about my VW TDI disappointments and our shared misery for overcast Portland winters. Then she handed me off to Rick who got me a great rate and ran through the paperwork with expert stride. Finally, she made me take this stupid picture with my new vehicle, but I'll let that one slide. And though I still hate the rims on my Crosstrek, Trish Howard was rad to work with. More

The absolute best car buying experience! I was referred to this dealership by my girlfriend because she got her 1st Subaru here and also her 2nd Subaru here. It means a lot knowing that I can I was referred to this dealership by my girlfriend because she got her 1st Subaru here and also her 2nd Subaru here. It means a lot knowing that I can trust a dealership with treating her right when I'm not around. It's hard to come by a business that doesn't take advantage of the consumer/customer. This is the reason I decided to come back and they showed me that same respect. I ended up buying from Alex and at the end of this easy going process he showed me around their facility. This was very helpful for when I come in for services so I don't look like I'm lost. The finance department was very informative and showing me the options available and what would work in my best interest not their best interest. From the time I arrived to the couple days after purchase when I receive a call from Alex wondering if I have any further questions, just completes the best car buying experience.
