Misunderstanding was taken care of I came in for a routine oil change and due to misinformation from the salesman who sold me a maintainance contract (i.e. where i can get my oil change I came in for a routine oil change and due to misinformation from the salesman who sold me a maintainance contract (i.e. where i can get my oil changes), a misunderstanding, and a timing issue, I was on the hook for 70 bucks for a oil change I already paid for (original maintainance contract). After explaining my situation Corey (service tech) and Sean (service supervisor) comped me the cost of the oil change. They were not obligated to do this, and certainly didn't have to, but their excellent customer service prevailed and I walked out a happy customer. I would recommend getting service done at this shop to anyone. More
