Amazing customer service I had an issue with a rock being stuck between my plate and brake disc and grinding when moving. I had tried to take it to the dealership I bought my car from 6 months ago and they were less than helpful, telling me I'd have to wait up to a week to get them to take a look at it. I dropped it off at Lithia Subaru instead, after hours, they had it taken care of within an hour first thing the next morning and were great about everything and incredibly helpful and friendly. David Killion, my salesman, provided responsive and insightful support, and has a deep knowledge base regarding STi-s, which enriched the purchase encounter. I'm very happy with the car and the buying experience. Over the course of my first two weeks with the car, I encountered a few small mechanical problems, not unexpected with a 13 year old vehicle. I'm extremely pleased that all concerns have been covered by the 60-day warranty which Lithia offered, and absolutely impressed with the efforts which my Service Advisor, Daniel Perry, has evidenced on my behalf. He provided excellent communications and follow-up to keep me abreast of progress towards completion of the repairs, and he worked very hard to source a loaner car for me during periods involving a wait for parts. Daniel was truly devoted to ensuring that all repair needs were completely resolved, and that I was treated to a positive customer experience overall. I know that he advocated for additional due diligence with his Manager, as well, for one concern which was challenging to diagnose, and his Manager also offered full customer support.
