Love My Subaru! I've never owned a better car but, the slave cylinder went out on Friday and, by Sunday I had to face my biggest fear...car shopping! Ugh. Well, I'm here to tell you from the moment we arrived at Lithia till the moment we pulled away with my beautiful new Subaru, my husband and I enjoyed nothing less than first class treatment and a great customer service experience. Our Sales Rep, Alicia Center greeted us with a big smile and her caring, thoughtful manner put me right at ease. She gave me positive and practical feedback on all three vehicles I test drove. She was not restless or impatient with my brief indecision and wanted very much to make certain I was happy with my purchase. Additionally, we had the incredible good fortune to have yet another Sales Rep, Trish Howard, assisting us with some of the detailed financial and insurance pieces. Her smile and manner was reassuring as she gave me nothing but positive reinforcement on my thinking and my choice in a WRX. Alicia and Trish were extremely helpful throughout the process and you couldn't ask for better representation to honor the Lithia name. Finally, David Killion completed the process with his top notch professional presentation as we discussed and signed the financial and service details. Great Customer Service and looking out for the customer I went looking for a Subaru at Lithia because their prices were some of the best. I met Ryan Love and he showed a number of Foresters. There was a 2015 model that I was interested in. The next day I returned and Ryan was not working but Chris Ryan was able to help me. He answered all my questions and agreed to make some dent/scratches that I found. It was one the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Chris even drove the car to my house that day. Unfortunately, after Chris left I noticed a circular crack in the Windshield. Chris told me they would fix that and the dent/scratches when I returned that car. When I got the car, all the dents and scratched have been repaired very nicely, however the circular crack was very poorly repaired and was in the driver’s line of site. Ryan Love came to my defense and agreed to talk to management about fixing it the right way by replacing the window. He listened to my concerns and persuaded management to fix the window. I am grateful for his service. I would have given the dealership five stars but had to give them three stars for not fixing the problem correctly the first time. More

Mr. Meltzer was anything but that: I told him our budget and he didn't show us any cars that would push us out of our budget. He asked us questions about our life, our family, and our future plans and listened attentively. His care for people showed through as he steered us towards the perfect car for us. More
