Service Department Outstanding I took a private party seller's 2003 Subaru Outback in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection in the Express Service Department. This car had been serviced at this dealership for all of it's 215,000 miles, with extensive records since new. Sean Sanders couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful - he was absolutely wonderful! I had never owned a Subaru before, having driven almost nothing but Lexus for about 18 years, and Toyota for another 32 years on top of that. The Subaru is to be my "work truck", and I am very satisfied with my purchase - certainly in part due to Sean Sanders' (the Express Director at this dealership) most helpful attitude, plus HE actually drives a Lexus, too! Can't beat that! I had never been to this dealership before, but I may be going back for my future maintenance and repair needs for this car. Thanks again Sean! For comparison, another local Subaru dealer could,t get me in for this same service for a whole week!! This was NO help whatsoever! Lithia Subaru of Oregon City saved the day for me. THAT is how a company builds a loyal customer base others could learn from. Sean Sanders is a keeper for this dealership, even if he DOES drive a Lexus! More
First time buying a brand new car and it was great! We met Trisha about a month ago and were not wanting to buy any car on the lot at the time. We purposefully came back to her specific branch so that she could be the one to sell us a car. Trisha and Richard were super nice, laid back and relatable. Second purchase from Alaska just as good as the first. Kami Connors was our initial contact for the Legacy and did a great job finding exactly the Legacy we wanted at a great price, lower than any other dealer we contacted in the Portland area. After working out all the details with Kami and David salesman David Meltzer via the web and phone, we completed both purchases and took delivery of the cars using a local friend as our agent through a power of attorney. Our agent merely went to the dealership and completed paperwork with David, while we periodically provided information over the phone. David made the process extremely easy. In both transactions, Lithia, David, and his assistants dealt with us with integrity and as more than just another sale. Without reservation, I recommend contacting David and his assistants when considering a Subaru purchase. More

My appointment time got all mixed up due to Rose Parade traffic. I had to change appointment times the day of and yet they got me in when I arrived with a a smile and with confidence and 'we'll take care of you.' For a busy, juggling mom, that was priceless! Great customer service - Annie Cook Never owned a Subaru before, after done my online research, I decided to buy a outback. Got a few quotes via TrueCar. I sent her the lowest quote of other dealership and she was able to beat it by 200 bucks! So we scheduled an appointment and to test drive. Wow, Annie was the most knowledge compared to the other sales persons in other dealership! She was able to demonstrate all features we asked, took us to a route with uphill curve so that we really appreciated the hillhold features. What made Annie stand out was that she REALLY wanted to make us have a positive car purchase experience! We got into a very unique situation. They found an issue of the blind spot detector in their pre-delivery check. She and her manager were able to find and order another car with same package from another dealer and agreed to deliver to our home a few days later. Unfortunately, the second car had defect on paint. I guess we were just unluck and it was out of they control too. So at the end we had to unwind the purchase. During the process, she was helpful and answered my questions even she was off for her sister wedding. We highly recommend her! More
