Felt understood and needs met -- above and beyond! I have been a Forester owner since 1999 and have always dealt with this dealership. My most recent car bit the dust a couple of weeks ago. The service department at this dealership has always been extremely helpful, and was exceptionally so in this case, as the symptoms were puzzling. They persevered until figuring out the problem, and while they did, they continued to check in with us. When it was obvious it was time for a new car, Bob called in Melinda Cavanah, and we had both a successful (got a new Forester) and fun experience. She even followed through afterward to help me get the electronics set-up. I don't remember the last person who sold me a car but I know I will always remember Melinda. More

Alicia and Geoff (finance) worked together to get me a great deal on my trade-in AND get me back to work on time. Came back after work with my husband and walked out with a car I love! Chris did a great job showing us the car and helping us learn about the features of the car. We worked with Chris and Cory on getting a fair value for our trade in. The trade in was the only wild card in the whole deal and ultimately we got a value we were comfortable with. David helped make all the paperwork go by quickly while explaining everything at the same time. There was no pressure from him to purchase any of the additional services at all. Their service was top notch. I had lost my title to the trade in before driving down and they helped make sure the paperwork was taken care of by sending the it to us in Seattle to fill out with the new title. I highly recommend this dealership and the people I worked with. More
