Pretty painless This was my first car buying experience and all things considered it went rather smoothly. I had looked at the online inventory before coming and knew This was my first car buying experience and all things considered it went rather smoothly. I had looked at the online inventory before coming and knew that there were (or at least had been) 4-5 vehicles of the year, make and model I wanted. After having walked through the front lot of new vehicles and not finding what I was looking for, (and being ditched by the initial individual who greeted us) we headed inside where Braden greeted us. We explained exactly what I was looking for and he immediately got on the computer to see what was still available. After identifying one, he showed us where we could wait, and he went on a nice scavenger hunt to get it out of a back lot. We went on a test drive where Braden was able to answer pretty much any question I had about the vehicle (don't let the age fool you, he knows his stuff). The negotiations were painless except for the finance guy being too pushy about the extended warranty. Overall a great experience, Braden was great, personable, we joked around with him which made it fun. I would definitely return when it's time for a new one. More

She referred us to a sales associate down the road at the Honda dealership we visited. Even though the closest model we were looking for 15 miles away, she was able to get it so we could pick it up the next day. She presented a fair selling price early in the discussion and did not make price negotiation feel strange. She was able to communicate genuine interest in providing solutions for us.
