Nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone I have been trying to get a hold of the car fax and Subaru Pre-owned certified paperwork since I purchased my car back in May as it never came with my I have been trying to get a hold of the car fax and Subaru Pre-owned certified paperwork since I purchased my car back in May as it never came with my initial paperwork. I wanted this information in order to know what service work had been done on this vehicle so I knew what work needed to be done in the future. I have tried contacting the sales associate that I bought my car from by phone and by email and was told that it would be sent to me. I waited a month and still no paperwork. I then contacted her again, she said the same thing and still no paperwork. I have contacted the finance office by phone and by email about this as well, was told that it would be sent to me when he got back into the office and still no paperwork. I have contacted numerous people multiple times and it is now September and I have yet to receive my paperwork. For this reason I wouldn't not recommend buying a car from this dealership. They seem to be highly unorganized as this paperwork never came with my initial paperwork and they unable to return phone calls or emails. It's extremely rude and very frustrating!!! More

Trade in/ Trade up with little to no hassle David Meltzer has sold me three cars now in the past 4.5 years. That's not to say that the Subaru's that he has sold us have not been high quality and David Meltzer has sold me three cars now in the past 4.5 years. That's not to say that the Subaru's that he has sold us have not been high quality and have lasted. They indeed have, and the People at Lithia are top notch! We just decided to go a different route on the Vehicle we bought almost 5 years ago and trade it in on a newer used vehicle today. David has been our man everytime and will again in the future as he is very attentive, friendly, and takes every one of our concerns and needs to heart and makes the result happen. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with David, as well as the rest of the sales team at Lithia O.C. More
Purchased a Car My husband wanted to see if there was a car that I was interested in. As we got to the dealership Lee greeted us. I have been to other dealerships and have never felt this kind of help. He right away shows us a couple of vehicles and I told him what I was looking for. He right away shows me the 2011 Subaru Tribeca. He was really proactive and knew a lot of the car. We went on a test drive and love it. He has a really good sense of humor and made us laugh. I will definitely recommend more people to him. I also want to thank Scott Keller their finance manager he was truly amazing in the process and I am truly grateful on how nice they treated us and was able to work things out. Lee my salesman brought me the car to my house and all papers to sign. I was beyond thankful for everything. I truly recommended this dealership. More

Mark Turanski was a great person to work with, easy to talk with and a unique personality. He did NOT pester us with phone calls trying to pressure us into buying. This was one of the main reasons we chose to go back to him, when we had been debating between a Forester and a CRV. He gave us the respect and space to make our own decision. More
