Felt that the service department could have done a lot more with my car concerns. I was told that it was a maintenance issue when it seems like it should have been a defective part. 6/28/22:Replace driver side low beam bulb; R/R oil & oil filter. Questioned person when paying bill that the low beam bulb replacement was not listed: He stated it would not be charged for it, & not shown filter. Questioned person when paying bill that the low beam bulb replacement was not listed: He stated it would not be charged for it, & not shown on service bill. Low beam bulb “not” replaced which I noticed when I got in the car that evening to go to the store. Had to take my other car to the store. 6/29/22: Drove back to Lithia early the next morning to have low beam bulb replaced. More
