Always very friendly and courteous, efficient high quality service. Wish they had access to more loaner vehicles though. 6/28/22:Replace driver side low beam bulb; R/R oil & oil filter. Questioned person when paying bill that the low beam bulb replacement was not listed: He stated it would not be charged for it, & not shown filter. Questioned person when paying bill that the low beam bulb replacement was not listed: He stated it would not be charged for it, & not shown on service bill. Low beam bulb “not” replaced which I noticed when I got in the car that evening to go to the store. Had to take my other car to the store. 6/29/22: Drove back to Lithia early the next morning to have low beam bulb replaced. More

I have bought two cars from you and referred all friends and family to any Lithia I could. I started in Eugene as you customer and was so happy with my first purchase that I found the Oregon City one and go and family to any Lithia I could. Now… There have been two times that after getting my car worked on from your shop and saying yes to service out of just the regular oil change that my car has been worse. The first time the mistake was admitted you guys fixed it and lent me a car for the weekend but I was extremely frustrated because it did a lot of damage to my car. So not this last time… I brought my car in for an oil change and a lot of service was recommended… I had a leak, and a few other problems… 500 bucks later and I’m on my way… this is my wife’s Subaru and she has to drive a lot… it is my main priority to keep this car tip top. While she was in bend the cars radiator exploded and she was left stranded in bend with my daughter and her best friend. When I say they were stranded, they were in the middle of no where with no help. My wife then had to blindly drop our car off via tow truck to a garage with a drop box cause nothing was open. So now the garage calls us and goes over the diagnostic of the problem, this is a problem that should have been noticed when I had my car in there two weeks earlier. And there are more issues like the rear wheel bearing going out and there might be a head gasket issue that the mechanic states should have been seen. All of these issues where checked green from the last oil change I had from you guys. I have trusted your garage to help me maintain safety for my vehicle and my family and you have let me down twice. This time it effected my wife and daughter. My trust is gone. More
