With Devon’s kindness, helpfulness and no-pressure attitude, I am a huge fan! She even drove me to my house so my husband (who is at home sick) didn’t have to leave the house to sign the paperwork. Then she kept me company let me drive a Subaru to my parents house (all the way across the river in rush hour traffic) to pick up their spare car! Who does that??? After all of that, I decided to lease a new Subaru. I can’t wait to drive my brand new car! I highly recommend Lithia and Devon patton. Probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had. We went to purchase two new cars and we were helped by Mark Turanski. People at the dealership were friendly and accommodating (especially the woman at the front desk who was so welcoming). Most important, I suppose, is my impression of Mark Turanski as it relates to how I want to be treated as a customer. I did alot of research before I went to the dealership. I am a previous Subaru owner and I knew what I wanted in a general sense. Mark listened to me and clearly heard what I told him. He didn't preach or talk down to me. He treated me with respect from the first minute I met him. Mark answered all of my questions and respected my likes and dislikes. Mark was patient and willing to spend as much time with us as necessary. He never rushed us. He always made us feel like we were in charge. He created a calm, pleasant pace for us which we really appreciated. During negotiations, Mark did an excellent job of representing our interests as well as the dealership's interests and we came away feeling good about the purchases. More

The car we choose needed to have a couple minor repairs before it could be released and we were scheduled for the 31st, but kept getting pushed farther and farther back until January 3rd.
