I came in for an "express" oil change. There was only one car in the line up ahead of me, but I don't know how many were already in being worked on. In the customer service waiting area there were 6-7 ahead of me. This was actually a fairly slow day there compared with other times I've been in...there are usually many more customers waiting. I waited approximately two hours until all of the people ahead of me had gotten their cars along with several others who had come in after me. I finally went out to the service area and asked when my car would be done. They looked and found that my paper work had gotten "lost", so my car had not been serviced yet. They were very apologetic, but there is NO excuse for something like that to happen. WORST service I've ever had anywhere. One star is too good a rating for this visit......should be negative 5. More
