My boyfriend and I had already visited a few other dealerships, but they insisted that we check out Lithia before making any decisions. I'm so glad they did! After a long day of car shopping, we called Lithia to see if they had the car we wanted and within a few hours, we were the happy owners of the perfect Subaru Crosstrek from Lithia Subaru. They were great with price and process, but they really shined in customer service. Trish was our sales rep, and she was absolutely wonderful! She provided a comfortable atmosphere, which I really appreciated as a first time car buyer. She had thorough knowledge of everything, and it was cool that she owned a Crosstrek as well. I also love the lifetime oil changes that Lithia offers, which I would recommend to everyone! Overall, Lithia Subaru made the car buying experience (which I hear is usually painful) pretty awesome. And we are absolutely IN LOVE with our new Subaru! More

I emailed several different dealerships and found the best offer for a new Crosstrek was at Lithia which was great for me as I live in OC. I made an appointment to come in and check out the car. The person I had been dealing with via email was tied up with another customer so Kiki Stonebraker stepped in and helped. She had me on my test dive within ten minutes of arriving to the dealership and was a pleasure to work with. She explained every detail and made the entire experience an enjoyable one. Not once did I feel pressured. She maintained professionalism while also making me feel like I was just talking with an old friend. I will recommend Kiki and Lithia to others. I love my new car!
