Loved Lithia! I finally decided to purchase a new car and had been considering a Subaru for awhile. I emailed several different dealerships and found the best offer for a new Crosstrek was at Lithia which was great for me as I live in OC. I made an appointment to come in and check out the car. The person I had been dealing with via email was tied up with another customer so Kiki Stonebraker stepped in and helped. She had me on my test dive within ten minutes of arriving to the dealership and was a pleasure to work with. She explained every detail and made the entire experience an enjoyable one. Not once did I feel pressured. She maintained professionalism while also making me feel like I was just talking with an old friend. I will recommend Kiki and Lithia to others. I love my new car!
