Gene took the time to help us pinpoint what it is we were looking for, within our price and mileage range, to give us the best bang for our buck. He was a good listener, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and we would definitely come back and buy another car from him in the future. In addition to Genes warmth, Geoff in finance, took the time to connect with us on a personal level. We appreciated the reciprocity and left his office with a smiles on our faces. Geoff also went into great detail to break down and explain every form that needed signing. Thanks to him, we really felt like we walked out of there with the best deal for our money, and for that we're grateful. Lastly, my husband, who is an avid basketball fan, had to miss the entire 3rd game of GS vs.the Cavs, to make this purchase, but still walked thrilled with our time spent there - and that's saying something. My driveway is stained. So I called the service manager to complain he said he was sorry. but didn't know how he could fix this. So I decided to bring the truck in on the next day to ask him to clean up the mess . he started our conversation that he was not going to get down and look at oil all over every thing. he became very argumentative and said he would do what he could. the took the truck for about 10 to 15 minutes it was back to the service. area. still have oil on side of engine and steering and wheel assembly. They still didn't wipe any water off so now I have water and oil dripping in my driveway.I have my bought last 2 vehicles from lithia .I plan to tell them why they will no longer have my business. I am going to dealer ship and going to cancel extended service contract and lifetime oil change. I Also wonder what the D E Q might think of them sending car and trucks down the road with fluids dripping from them. Great customer service More

Lithia came back with an unbelievable offer so I jumped right on it and made an appointment with their internet sales person, David Meltzer. There was no bait and switch here. The transaction was easy and straightforward. We went on an excellent test drive with Dave and he patiently explained all the new features on the Forester. This car has a lot of bells and whistles (electronics) and there is a learning curve for sure but with David's excellent knowledge of the car's functions I soon felt confident in driving and love my new Forester. Ask for David Meltzer if you are looking for a Subaru. This was the best care buying experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I had already visited a few other dealerships, but they insisted that we check out Lithia before making any decisions. I'm so glad they did! After a long day of car shopping, we called Lithia to see if they had the car we wanted and within a few hours, we were the happy owners of the perfect Subaru Crosstrek from Lithia Subaru. They were great with price and process, but they really shined in customer service. Trish was our sales rep, and she was absolutely wonderful! She provided a comfortable atmosphere, which I really appreciated as a first time car buyer. She had thorough knowledge of everything, and it was cool that she owned a Crosstrek as well.
