More than willing to make himself available long after the purchase, if you have a question. I went through the online quote department and made my decision as soon as I received the offer which I felt was extremely fair. In both the last two transactions I had a trade and felt I received fair value. It seems like a win -win when you get the car you want and a fair trade in value. I felt that Dave was the reason it went smoothly for me, but everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. He is the reason I'll go back when I look at my next car. I worked with Trish in sales and Mark in finance last weekend after my poor Outback was totaled (not my fault). Trish was a lot of fun to work with and made decisions easy- she was patient with all of my questions and listened as I cried over my poor Outback. Mark was equally as awesome again listening as I lamented over my poor car. I can't speak highly enough of this dealership or the staff there. Hopefully I won't need another car for a while but I will be back for service and will definitely refer my family and friends here for their car needs.
