He honored that and helped me get what I wanted for the $ I had. He was really communicative and patient answering all the questions I had as this was my first lease trade in. I told him I didn't want to spend a ton of time at the dealership so we were able to take care of a lot of the process over the phone. When I went in to finalize the deal I brought my 8 year old son. He accommodated both of us. He was honest with his feedback and we were in and out under 2 hours. That to me was impressive. He was very down to earth and personable, which I do not usually find in this industry which is why I wanted to write a review. Lastly, I accidently left my great-grandmothers childhood rosary hanging on the mirror. He reached out right away to let me know and mailed it to me. The rosary is over 110 years old. He is the best. More
