The atmosphere, vibe, ambiance, environment, customer service - everything is better here than at Royal Moore in Hillsboro and Carr Subaru in Beaverton. It was worth going a farther ways from home. My godfather, mom, and supervisor all got their Subarus at this location, too even though we all live on the west side. We worked with David Meltzer and he was extraordinary! He is straight to the point and didn't waste any time. When I have a baby at home and am trying to buy a car as quickly as possible, I need someone who is all business and just personable enough and that's exactly what David was for us. He is kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. I was also highly satisfied with Aaron Macy, the finance manager. He did not try to strongarm us into any insurance we didn't want. This is the opposite of the experience we had at Ron Tonkin Toyota. The finance manager was unrelinquishing even when we told him we weren't interested. Aaron at Lithia, on the other hand, I would want to work with him every time I bought a car if I could! I loooove my new Outback! It's so cute. I love all the amenities and safety features. The 2019 Outback 2.5i Premium meets my and my husband's criteria, style, and budget. Totally an investment piece. I feel safe driving my baby around in this. After our purchase, we were greeted by the Manager, Val. He was totally sweet and down-to-earth. It was a pleasure. My only criticism is that my vehicle did not look brand new on the inside for being brand new. When we first looked at it, there were stains near the seat adjuster on the driver side and the back seats could've used some vacuuming. The whole exterior could've used a wash. Even after the car was taken to the service department while we were doing paperwork, we came out and it wasn't that much better. There is a little crusty spot on the driver seat that I'm unable to get out with a washcloth and water. Otherwise, Lithia gets 5 stars if they're able to offer me free detailing at some point. More

She made me feel valued as a person, not just a potential client, and her dedication to helping find the perfect car for our needs is why we happily leased our new Outback - our first Subaru ever - and will return to her when we're ready for our next vehicle. After driving the Outback, we can't fathom why anyone drives anything but a Subaru! More
