Keven saves the day! The vehicle was as expected other than this and I really wanted a sedan. Humberto was originally helping me and he was nice and very willing to talk about options that might be best for me but he ended up making me feel less certain about what I might want to buy. I was ready to walk out the door when Keven asked what I would be ready to commit to, which was the magic question. I told him I was after what I’d come to look at but in a sedan and he asked for me to give him 10 minutes to search all of Lithia’s inventory for a match, to which I agreed. Keven demonstrated every step of the way that he was willing and happy even to go the extra mile for me. At first it felt like he was coming on a bit strong, typical used car salesman kind of feeling, but I gave him a chance and I’m glad I did! Keven found a vehicle that had just been traded in four days prior at the lot I happened to be at which was exactly what I’d asked for with way lower miles! I was stunned. The only way he could’ve done better is if he’d had a magic wand and could change the color LOL. I did end up purchasing this vehicle, however because it was so recently traded in it wasn’t ready for me to take it home that day. I live about 10 miles from the dealership and Keven offered to pick me up and give me a ride so I can pick up the car as I didn’t have anyone available to drive me during the week. Keven also went above and beyond by offering to drive 140+ miles to pick up a check from a family member who was helping me with my down payment. I didn’t have any other way of getting the funds the same day in order to complete the sale and he made it happen! He seemed very genuine in his desire to help me get what I’d be happy with and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I received working with him. More

Kevin sat with us and talked while we waited for finance to be ready. Overall the experience was like none other. Somebody went to see the car and he called me immediately and explained what was happening though we were already on our we just kept driving. He kept us in the loop and the buyer ended up walking. He didn’t try to flip me, upsell me, he’s just a nice dude. We bought that car, and my brother loves it. We didn’t have any surprises when we got there. Car was exactly as described. More

He is diligent, calm, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. I am amazed with how above and beyond the staff goes about their business. I recently was in a major car accident in the same make and model, and geese, these Subaru's from Oregon City are so well taken care of, safe, and secure that I am doing well today. I contacted Brian after the accident and he immediately responded to check to see how I was doing. I let him know I wanted the same make, model, and trim as soon as I could. He continued to follow up every few days as well, checking in on my health and ensuring that all the details for the new car (like my extended warranty I bought for the last one being able to be used as a down payment for the new) were given. It’s been over a month since the accident and throughout this experience with another Subaru, Brian has continued to stay in contact with me making sure I’m healthy in life and happy with my vehicle. Much respect to his commitment! I researched what the best car was for months, looked at various dealerships, and Lithia Subaru of Oregon City offered the best price. Thank you also to Nick for finding the best deals and being able to cut the price on the extended warranty. To all, please get the gap insurance. You never know when you are going to need it, like what happened to me. This time, I got the higher extended warranty, oil for life, gap insurance, and perma plate (Preservation Package). I feel safe now. Especially knowing that this staff does their due diligence to take care of their customers, by having a previous car from them, walking away safely, and knowing that the protections I bought will keep my Subaru on the road continuously for many years to come.
