In spite of late appointment, they got it done quickly I used the Lithia App to schedule a 4:30 appointment on Friday. The App says they close at 5:30. Great service from great service team Stopped in for my first oil change and first visit to a service bay at a Subaru dealer. I did not schedule ahead of time but instead just showed up. T Stopped in for my first oil change and first visit to a service bay at a Subaru dealer. I did not schedule ahead of time but instead just showed up. This is unheard of at most dealerships. Appointments are typically required. I arrived around three in the afternoon on a Saturday and was greeted promptly and politely. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable. He wrote my paperwork up on a tablet which saved a lot of time. He was able to pull up my info and did not require much from me. We were given an estimate of 90 minutes, which isn’t bad as I showed up with no appointment. Did I mention I had my four year old with me? Well there was a table with toys that she could play with and we were able to read stories because they had a bookcase with children’s books. My daughter loved picking out books to read. She also enjoyed a fresh apple from the waiting area. It wasn’t long before they came to get us to complete the service. In total we were there 45 minutes. This was definitely one of the best services I have experienced at a dealership. we will definitely come back. Great people and great service. Thanks Subaru! More

Easy and friendly Jose started us in the morning. he was helpful and friendly even when I mentioned that our car had a birthday and I would like a free car wash. We returned to Lithia and saw Blue Storming parked near the front. Inside we met with a different service. tech. He took care of us and we were out in no time. More

Not only did Luke keep me updated throughout the day, Lithia provided a loaner car during the repair process. Since my home is an hour away from the dealership, the loaner car allowed me to do shopping while in Fresno. Another thing I like about Lithia Service Dept is that they go through each service item and provide the associated cost for each item prior to the service beginning. It is a very busy service department that is managed very efficiently. Another plus about this dealership is that the waiting areas have plenty of seating and are always clean. Even the garage area is bright and clean. Also, everyone at Lithia is friendly and helpful. I bought my Forester in 2014 from Lithia and Antonio was my salesman. He is fantastic and always says hello whenever we come in to have our cars serviced. I can't say enough good things about Lithia Subaru of Fresno. It is a great dealership! More
