We were coming from out of state specifically to buy the Subaru Crosstrek with a manual transmission which was not available in the state we live in. After a few phone calls back and forth, the deal was made over the phone very quickly. He even sent pictures of the car to my phone! Mason came to get me and my family at the airport and was very attentive to our questions and knowledgeable about the car. Not only did we get a great deal on the car, we also got great financing through them too. The whole process went very smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the Subaru crosstrek. But this just *seemed* like a pleasure. We came in not intending to buy. And, we never fell in love with the car before the deal was made. So, it was going to be harder to screw us. I purchased my new care from Capital Subaru in San Jose but live closer to Fresno. Even though these dealerships are independent franchises Lithia went out of their way to support my needs. No hassle, great service and they even had their duty driver drop my wife and I off at Costco and picked us up when they were done. They replaced two tires and did my first oil change and it didn't cost me a dime. Best price ever...!!! I"ve used the service department twice now and am very pleased with Lithia. They have my business from now on for sure. More
