I was very appreciative of how he spent time with my wife after we bought t he car to help her understand all the workings of the new car. My wife dropped by the lot and Jose first helped her. She liked Jose the first time she met him and exclaimed to me how helpful he was initially. Later when I came by another gentlemen helped us because Jose was not on the lot, sadly I don't remember his name, but he was very helpful and polite. We told him we would be back the next Saturday and this gentlemen checked and made sure Jose was working that day. We were also very impressed with Mr. Ramzy Saleh, and the maintenance personnel that Jose introduced us to. You have an outstanding staff and we have commented on this to everyone we have shown the car to. More

This was a complicated purchase for me (my daughter had totaled my other car and I had to make a car replacement decision under some duress). Ed did all he could to reduce that pressure for me, helping me decide what was really in my best interest. He communicated with my daughter and me through video, email, text, whatever we needed until my special-order car arrived. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with him and love my new car. Danny (Phat) was also really helpful during the financing part of the experience. He was calm, friendly and efficient and helped me decide on finance options I feel were to my benefit. A great experience all around for my daughter and me. More

recall repair and maintenance I went in for a air bag recall replacement, maintenance and a problem with a steering wheel shimmy, Luke Fisher was my service advisor. He listened I went in for a air bag recall replacement, maintenance and a problem with a steering wheel shimmy, Luke Fisher was my service advisor. He listened to all my issues and made recommendations as to the one problem I was in for. He explained the the recall issue would take a several hours to replace and the shimmy problem sounded like perhaps it might be my brakes. He offered me a rental and made arrangement for rental co. to pick me up. He was very thorough with his explanations of what would be done and the cost estimate. Luke called that evening and explained that the air bag replacement and engine maintenance was finished but that the other problem was that my brakes needed work and that the car would not be ready until Tuesday. Luke called me Tuesday and explained that an oil leak had also been detected and a gasket had to be ordered and wouldn't be in till either Wednesday or Thursday depending on how quickly it was received. Wednesday afternoon Luke called to let me know my car was ready. I really appreciate the helpfulness of your staff and their commitment to make every effort to satisfy your clients. I was very pleased with all the explanations on the work that was done and happy to have my car back in a timely manner. Just browsing We had recently went in to just see what the dealership had in stock. I wanted a new car but then i didnt. John Sanchez had came out and approached us just to see if we needed help. I loved that he wasnt very pushy about forcing us to purchase a car. He showed us what they had and a few options if we did decide to purchase. We did end up purchasing a vehicle because my husband fell head over heels for one and John was so helpful and kind through the whole process. We did have a problem after puchasing the car but he was able to get that fixed along with Luke in service department. They are both very professional and kind. Thanks to both of them my family and I are very happy with our new car. More
