Realistic service It was a great experience. I was nervous about visiting a dealership and have a hard sell pushed on me. But my salesman was not at all pushy and made It was a great experience. I was nervous about visiting a dealership and have a hard sell pushed on me. But my salesman was not at all pushy and made me comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. He provided me with specifications and comparisons to other vehicles. I wanted to wait a couple of days before making my decision and I was pleased to find I wasn't bothered or pressured during that wait. I returned to the dealership when I said I would and my salesman was there when he said he would be, to continue answering all of My remaining questions thoroughly and help me through the buying process. I have already done the research and know exactly what I want, I negotiated a final price with Victor by email. Then I drove almost four hours to complete the purchase. You were able to work with my need to have my wife on title without her coming to the dealership. After several bad experiences she refuses to set foot in a dealership for the rest of her life. We completed the paperwork with no issues of trying to up sell me on things I don't want like extended warranties ETC. I really appreciated Victor taking the time to show me how all the controls and electronics worked in the car including setting up my iPhone. A lot has changed since the last time I bought a Subaru in 1998. More
