30,000 mile service The sales people were good. I did have to return to get me windshield wipers replaced as they were literally falling apart. I did have a low tire wh The sales people were good. Not only did Luke keep me updated throughout the day, Lithia provided a loaner car during the repair process. Since my home is an hour away from the dealership, the loaner car allowed me to do shopping while in Fresno. Another thing I like about Lithia Service Dept is that they go through each service item and provide the associated cost for each item prior to the service beginning. It is a very busy service department that is managed very efficiently. Another plus about this dealership is that the waiting areas have plenty of seating and are always clean. Even the garage area is bright and clean. Also, everyone at Lithia is friendly and helpful. I bought my Forester in 2014 from Lithia and Antonio was my salesman. He is fantastic and always says hello whenever we come in to have our cars serviced. I can't say enough good things about Lithia Subaru of Fresno. It is a great dealership! More
