He showed me vehicles (3 different times), kept me informed of new models I expressed interest in, let me know about sales events, and answered my questions by text, email, phone and in person. I felt comfortable in my long vehicle search, and never felt pressured. Got a terrific deal with their Labor Day Sale and their Costco pricing. Easy and relatively fast to complete paperwork for purchase. They even linked my phone to the navigation system and showed us the main features before we left. Highly recommend. More

Oil change plus more. I took my car in for oil change and all went well. I expressed concern as my oil light came on and I had to add oil on recent trip to Tahoe. Juan said I took my car in for oil change and all went well. I expressed concern as my oil light came on and I had to add oil on recent trip to Tahoe. Juan said could be normal but he made note of it and said he will follow up with in 1200 miles to see about oil consumption. More

"New Forester" I leased a 2018 Forester and the whole experience was just amazing. I than worked with Jose Guerrero who went over everything and rode with me when I test drove the new Forester.
