recall repair and maintenance I went in for a air bag recall replacement, maintenance and a problem with a steering wheel shimmy, Luke Fisher was my service advisor. He listened I went in for a air bag recall replacement, maintenance and a problem with a steering wheel shimmy, Luke Fisher was my service advisor. He listened to all my issues and made recommendations as to the one problem I was in for. He explained the the recall issue would take a several hours to replace and the shimmy problem sounded like perhaps it might be my brakes. He offered me a rental and made arrangement for rental co. to pick me up. He was very thorough with his explanations of what would be done and the cost estimate. Luke called that evening and explained that the air bag replacement and engine maintenance was finished but that the other problem was that my brakes needed work and that the car would not be ready until Tuesday. Luke called me Tuesday and explained that an oil leak had also been detected and a gasket had to be ordered and wouldn't be in till either Wednesday or Thursday depending on how quickly it was received. Wednesday afternoon Luke called to let me know my car was ready. I really appreciate the helpfulness of your staff and their commitment to make every effort to satisfy your clients. I was very pleased with all the explanations on the work that was done and happy to have my car back in a timely manner. Thank you to Luke Fisher for his assistance and your mechanic for finding the oil leak. Please continue with all your good work and service. Mary Garcia More
Love your service. When I came in for my service, I was told it might take a long time but Rick, my service advisor, told me he would try to get me out as soon as possib When I came in for my service, I was told it might take a long time but Rick, my service advisor, told me he would try to get me out as soon as possible. (I don't live in Fresno.) Rick also told me they had a shuttle that would be able to take my friend and I somewhere to eat lunch and back again. This is a wonderful service for those of us coming from out of town. My car was done within 1/2 hour after we had returned, and Rick explained all the work that had been done. I feel very confident that the people working on my car are knowledgeable and they do good work. More
Just browsing We had recently went in to just see what the dealership had in stock. I wanted a new car but then i didnt. John Sanchez had came out and approached us just to see if we needed help. I loved that he wasnt very pushy about forcing us to purchase a car. He showed us what they had and a few options if we did decide to purchase. We did end up purchasing a vehicle because my husband fell head over heels for one and John was so helpful and kind through the whole process. We did have a problem after puchasing the car but he was able to get that fixed along with Luke in service department. They are both very professional and kind. Thanks to both of them my family and I are very happy with our new car. More

Total Redemption My first experience with Lithia was to say the least...disappointing. I had a 9:30 appointment and by 11:30 my car hadn't even been looked at. They My first experience with Lithia was to say the least...disappointing. I had a 9:30 appointment and by 11:30 my car hadn't even been looked at. They explained that the cashier had overbooked appointments for that day, 10/21/17. I thought "I'm never coming back here again". Needless to say I did return the following Saturday 10/28/17, I signed in with the same service rep Michael Jepson and I really feel like he made a point of getting me taken care of ASAP because of my previous visit. I only needed the service department to figure out what part I need for my problem; so as far as the actual repair I can't speak to that until it's done. I can say that Michael Jepson presented himself as a very courteous, and professional employee. More

Happy Subaru Owner! Our experience at Lithia Subaru of Fresno was textbook fantastic. We came in on a Saturday and test drove an Impreza and a CrossTrek. At the time I Our experience at Lithia Subaru of Fresno was textbook fantastic. We came in on a Saturday and test drove an Impreza and a CrossTrek. At the time I was an owner of a 2014 Subaru Legacy. Our salesman, John Sanchez, was busy with a customer so we took the test drives with Andy. The next day, Sunday, we made an appointment with John and came back to talk to him about our trade-in and purchase of a new car. I found the exact car I wanted on their lot although I assumed it was way out of our price range. When we sat down with John, all of the numbers came together. We drove away that night with my brand new 2018 Subaru Legacy. This is our third car from this dealership. I’ve never had a problem with service or with anyone in sales. I would highly recommend Lithia Subaru of Fresno and especially John Sanchez. More
