We felt welcome to look, ask questions, take test drives to determine which Subaru was best for this time - and being able to do so made all the difference. Then Ed Monson helped us determine our priorities without pressure and found a great deal for us on a pre-owned Forrester. We didn't come prepared to buy that day and everyone was great about giving us time to put the details together. Ed made sure we know how the car worked AFTER it was a sale - not just to get one. My best car buying experience ever I highly recommend Lithia Subaru. I bought a new 2015 Legacy last week. No pressure was ever applied to me and I felt like I was in charge from the beginning to end. Chris Nielsen was my salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained how all the features work on the car. We had reached an agreement on the price of the car over the internet--I was very happy with the price. I was turned over to Frank Perez so he could show me options I could purchase (extended warranty, oil changes, etc). I thought "here comes the pressure". But no! Frank showed me a list of options and asked if any appealed to me but that I did not have to buy any of them. I chose a couple of them and things moved fast. Walking around the showroom, I saw how other salesmen talked to customers. Everyone was so friendly and no pressure was applied. Lots of dealerships say they offer a "no pressure" approach, but most don't really mean it. Lithia Subaru does mean it. More

Had some wait time and then in to the finance manager to sign paperwork .......and a sales pitch for GAP insurance, Oil Change, and Extended warranty. Finance guy was friendly and efficient...I just didn't see the additional items coming until we were sitting down in his office. Should have stepped out of office and talked things over with the wife but we had been at dealership abit and feeling tired. Felt somewhat pressured. Finance guy just doing his job and I get that. Regret now about getting the Oil changes and the extended warranty. My bad. Overall, my experience with Lithia was good and will recommend to others. More

But you can bring a dog into their waiting area which is pretty cool. Everyone is friendly & helpful and I really trust their work. Keep in mind that when your car is finished and you have your paperwork for the cashier, you aren't necessary finished waiting. .. More
