Great experience I worked with Luke and he was great at making sure I had what I needed. Unfortunately, my car had to stay at Lithia for 2 weeks getting worked on, but I worked with Luke and he was great at making sure I had what I needed. Pure excellence, they should be a 10 STAR rating in my book. When I needed to know the clearance from ground to undercarriage, he emailed the facts to me ON HIS DAY OFF! And the bigger clearance was the deciding factor for me even though I LOVED the birds eye view camera on the RAV4. Mostly I appreciated not feeling any pressure what so ever. More
