Buying Observations Likes Todd our sales agent. Like the model/year car we purchased. Did not like upselling by finance manager. Let that be a sales person job. This enab Likes Todd our sales agent. This enables a transparent experience for the buyer and takes pressure off other players in the process. Buying a car should be a fun experience and not a time of stress. You almost lost a sale on this point. I hope the dealership has a program whereby Subaru owners are brought together once a year to celebrate their love of Subaru. Maybe have an off road or road course day where owners enjoy a barbecue , share stories, look at the different models, accessories etc. Just a thought to encourage loyalty, awareness and promote the brand. More
