I was sent a coupon a couple of weeks ago for 10% off on a service call but it wasn’t good til June. I called and they gave me an appt for May22. When I checked in I was told lithia would honor the coupon e a service call but it wasn’t good til June. I called and they gave me an appt for May22. When I checked in I was told lithia would honor the coupon even though I didn’t bring it because it was still May and I needed service before my trip;However, it was not honored. I have come to lithia for over 16 years and was never treated like that. What’s up? More

Friendly, not pushy and most importantly, not stressful like when you’re usually buy a car. I had a set price that I didn’t want to go over and they worked with me to get as close to that where I was comfo like when you’re usually buy a car.
