60,000 mile service I was greeted and treated well by service personnel at Lithia Subaru on my arrival on the day of my appointment 10/29/19 at 10:00am. I knew my service was going to take awhile(all day) so I had my sister-in-law pick me up and we whiled away the first 4 0r 5 hours. When I got back to the service center they were still working on my car. They kept me updated on what was happening and working hard to get it finished. By end of Day I had my car all good as new and away I went . Everyone was very professional and courteous. More

In the past I always dreaded the process of buying anew car from a dealer. But Jason Breed (our salesman) and Kevin (in finance) were both exceptional! Jason spent a day and half with us to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted and a great price. After the sale, he spent as much time as we wanted going over out new Outback and explaining and showing everything the car has to offer and how it works. Kevin made it easy and simple financing the new car and taking in out trade in 2017 Crosstrek. We where very hesitant to add the extended warranty and have always balked at that. But, to his credit, Kevin found us a perfect deal at a great price, so we purchased it. All in all, it was pleasant experience dealing with Lithia Subaru. More
