He was always positive, professional, and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris. The finance people (two different guys), on the other hand, both became notably unfriendly and almost rude as soon as they realized I was not going to purchase the extended warranty. I understand it is their job to try to sell extra stuff, but their whole countenance became like an upset toddler when they realized I was not going to purchase the warranty. Barely spoke to me for the remaining time in the office as I signed the rest of the paperwork. Really unprofessional and immature, and left me feeling less excited about the purchases. Can't say enough good things about Chris though, so I will recommend Lithia because of him. And we love our Crosstreks. So Chris and the Subarus get 5 stars. The finance guys get negative 5. More

We returned to Lithia and saw Blue Storming parked near the front. Inside we met with a different service. tech. He took care of us and we were out in no time. More
30,000 mile service The sales people were good. I did have to return to get me windshield wipers replaced as they were literally falling apart. I did have a low tire wh The sales people were good. I did have a low tire when I went in and there was nothing in the report as to why and what the fix was. I am hoping I do not have to return with a nail in my tire. Not only did Luke keep me updated throughout the day, Lithia provided a loaner car during the repair process. Since my home is an hour away from the dealership, the loaner car allowed me to do shopping while in Fresno. Another thing I like about Lithia Service Dept is that they go through each service item and provide the associated cost for each item prior to the service beginning. It is a very busy service department that is managed very efficiently. Another plus about this dealership is that the waiting areas have plenty of seating and are always clean. Even the garage area is bright and clean. Also, everyone at Lithia is friendly and helpful. I bought my Forester in 2014 from Lithia and Antonio was my salesman. He is fantastic and always says hello whenever we come in to have our cars serviced. I can't say enough good things about Lithia Subaru of Fresno. It is a great dealership! More
