This was my first time exploring a Subaru, and because of the service I received, I decided to purchase my first Subaru. I felt like I was listened to, and not once did I feel any pressure. Oh boy this has been worse than a small car dealership experiences I've had. Originally, I worked a deal out with the sales guy. That went okay. Then it progressed to the finance guy Kyle. The numbers jum experiences I've had. Originally, I worked a deal out with the sales guy. That went okay. Then it progressed to the finance guy Kyle. The numbers jumped for the extended warranty from what was agreed upon with the sales guy Alex. I had noticed the numbers jumped after signing of course. I got screwed by the finance guy. I made a complaint and got the contract rescission and substitution agreement signed which voided out the contract, but the Subaru motors finance bank or department needs the finance manager Grant or someone else to finalize the RSA form which hasn't been done and my first payment is due in March which will affect my credit if I don't make the first payment for a vehicle I never took posession of. It seems I'm getting the runaround and stonewalled. Seems they aren't available everytime I call and I call multiple times a day per week. The general manager is supposedly on vacation and the other manager below him is Grant which us also unavailable everytime I call. I would think twice about purchasing anything from their lot. More
