They did very good job of polishing my headlights. Took awhile to resolve the knocking from the engine but happy it wasn't a engine replacement. That would have been very costly repair. I had a great experience at Lithia Subaru, Fresno! I went with my Husband and Mother-in-Law and we were greeted by Victor Bravo very quickly. He did an awesome job showing us the different vehicles I went with my Husband and Mother-in-Law and we were greeted by Victor Bravo very quickly. He did an awesome job showing us the different vehicles and we almost immediately found the right fit for us. We decided to still drive around to other dealerships to see how we liked other cars after initially meeting him but after a long day we were still favoring Subaru and Victor. We absolutely love our new Outback Onyx and everyone who’s seen it up here on the Mountain has complemented it. I really appreciate Lithia for treating us so well, staying late for us, and getting our car ready for us with a personal touch before we arrived to pick it up the next day. Victor spent time showing us all the features and how to connect our phones, etc to make sure we are getting the most out of it and I love having these new features I’ve never had before in any of my cars. I look forward to bringing the car back in for services / check ups and getting to know the team better. We have had to bring our car to Subaru on three separate occasions to have work done. I have been pleased with all three visits. This most recent visit we had Josh as a service technician. Brandon was extremely helpful I was preparing for a out of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service peopl of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service people who said they didn't have a appointment until 10/29. I called on Monday and Brandon suggested I have a diagnostic test done by auto zone to see if it was the gas cap when I called him back and told him it was the heater control valve he said I could bring it in an leave it and they would work it in to the schedule as soon as possible since they were fully booked for the week. I dropped it off on Wed expecting to wait a week but he called Thur afternoon and my car was ready. His customer service skills are excellent. More
