I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger here and drove home to notice a strong vibration at highway speed. Harley Philhower, who sold me the truck, immediately looped in service manager Jimmy Jacobs. Jimmy listened without any pushback, put the truck on the lift, and found the real issue was just a tire out of balance — nothing close to the suspension failure I'd been quoted. They rebalanced it, took a test drive with me to confirm it was fixed, and didn't charge me a dime. That kind of honest, no-runaround service is rare, and it's why I'd send anyone I know to buy from Harley and this service team. More
