The Subaru I drive is 14 years old, I LOVE this car and hopefully with the service departments help I'll be able to drive it another 14 years!!! My grandson who's 10 now tells me that he get's my car when he starts driving. More
Lithia put my financial concerns ahead of the profit motive I was really impressed with the service rep who was sensitive to my financial situation and he could have sold me on doing lots more to the car but hi I was really impressed with the service rep who was sensitive to my financial situation and he could have sold me on doing lots more to the car but his suggestions saved me over 50% of what could have been the job cost. I've driven the car a week since the fix and so far, great! More

Purchasing the car was a good experience and the quality of the car is good. In the past year, however, dealing with the Service department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They do not re of the car is good. In the past year, however, dealing with the Service department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They do not return phone calls. They do not top off fluids when they should. I have picked my car up with the hood not securely closed and it noticed it on the freeway when the safety latch almost released the hood. Most recently, when I picked my car up from service, it made more noise than when I dropped it off. If I didn't have a service contract with this dealership for this car, I would definitely not ever take my car there for service again. More
This place sucks. I have been bring to get ahold of the service department for over a week. They never answer the phone and never return messages. When I am able to talk to someone they say they are not ab service department for over a week. They never answer the phone and never return messages. When I am able to talk to someone they say they are not able to help me and that they will get the correct person to return my call. Guess what no returned calls. So much for service, I guess you guys really don’t want my money or business. More
