Subaru service The staff was helpful and quick. My windshield washer reservoir was not keeping fluid and the service department fixed quickly and with a smile. I w The staff was helpful and quick. I liked being able to walk to shopping while I waited. I received a call an hour later and the car was finished. Again, the staff was very kind and fast when I went back to pick up my car. Good service Had my 2013 Subaru serviced at Lithia Reno Subaru 3 or 4 times. They do a good job, but I had trouble once. The car came with a problem battery; Had my 2013 Subaru serviced at Lithia Reno Subaru 3 or 4 times. They do a good job, but I had trouble once. The car came with a problem battery; three times I had to call Subaru Roadside for a jump start. A tire store gave me a readout showing the battery was defective. Still under warranty, I took this readout to Lithia Reno Subaru, but they said no problem with the battery. I began carrying a portable battery charger for jump starts, and my wife stopped driving the car. About a year later, now out of warranty, I returned to this dealer for a major service. This time the battery tested defective, they saw I previously reported the problem, so they replaced the battery at no charge. More

Vacation Rescue In the middle of a trip from Portland to Phoenix our rear wheel bearings started to fail. Persistance pays off. My car had a hesitation problem that manifested it self at a constant speed where the power requirement was in between coasting and adding power, very My car had a hesitation problem that manifested it self at a constant speed where the power requirement was in between coasting and adding power, very annoying. After two attempts to fix the problem while waiting for the car, David, my service rep decided to give me loner car and fix the problem, as long as took. We had a personal trip planned so we drove the loner to Napa for a wine function with an old friend. A couple of days after we returned David calls and has the problem fixed. We picked up the car and have not had a problem since. This is good news, as the previous dealer in Carson City charged me several hundred dollars and said it was fixed but the next time I went to a high altitude and descended the Check Engine light came on again. I had the problem fixed at another dealer and came to Lithia for my new car. The best thing was that Lithia without a charge. More
