Helpful people This was my best experience so far in the service department. I have had bad experiences before but now I make sure to request John Dake as my advisor This was my best experience so far in the service department. I have had bad experiences before but now I make sure to request John Dake as my advisor each time I go. He is always so nice and friendly and doesn't push you to spend any more than you can afford on service (this has happened before with another advisor). I went in for an oil change and to see if the service guys could pop on my side mirror (I had purchased the part myself but was unable to get it on). All of the service guys working that day had trouble getting the part on due to the way it was packaged together but they were able to put it back on for me. I'm assuming it took a while (waited a little over an hour - I was fine with that!) but they were kind enough to not charge me extra for the work. Overall I really appreciate how kind everyone was and how willing they were to help me. I hope my future visits are this excellent! More
Saftey recall One day several weeks ago some dark marks appeared on the passenger seat. When they wouldn't come off with a damp cloth I thought that maybe the seat One day several weeks ago some dark marks appeared on the passenger seat. When they wouldn't come off with a damp cloth I thought that maybe the seat heater had burned out and that it might be related to the safety recall. When I brought the car in for the recalled repair I pointed this out to the service representative who said she would have it looked into. She had the electrical technician check it out, who determined that, aside from the recall, there was nothing wrong with the seat heater. They then sent the car into the detail shop, who determined that they were grease stains and cleaned them up at no charge. Great service! Thank You! More
