Amazing care at the service department I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer fac I live in Chico, CA, and drove to Reno to visit some friends, when I was there I went into the service department to ask a few questions (I prefer face to face interaction instead of phone/email) and I asked about what other places can I get service and explained how I was at ~7000 miles and still needed and oil change and I received a notification about a check up on the car. She (Misty) told me that I could be put into the shop now and that we can be done with everything within an hour. I found that it took less than 30 mins for them to work their magic and it was great. Again no problems with anything and its awesome. I might be a lifer very soon. More
Service my Tribeca Didn't come in looking for a new car. We were having our Subaru Tribeca serviced. However, after looking around the lot and seeing a new outback we Didn't come in looking for a new car. We were having our Subaru Tribeca serviced. However, after looking around the lot and seeing a new outback we decided to trade in our Tribeca. We bought it new in 2006 and have always been happy with it. Salvador Fregoso greeted us and told us all about the 2016 Outback. He saw us all the way through the transaction and the whole experience was enjoyable. More
Great service although it could be more timely Lithia always takes care of me to the best of their ability and did the same this time. Timing could of been better tho, took 2 days to get tires on. One note, I drove away and noticed my oil change was due in 15 miles, would hope the service department would check that next time and notify me as opposed to having to bring it back for another half to full day service. I have lifetime oil changes so a standard service check could of alleviated this extra trip. More

Review of my recent oil change and attempted tire rotation I was bummed to hear that my tires were too worn out to rotate, as they have less than 22K miles on them. I guess the factory tires that come on a new car are "soft" and wear out incredibly fast. Seriously, I bought my brand new car only 15 months ago and need new tires already. WEAK :( More
