Timely & Professional I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hou I needed an oil change and had a warranty repair issue. I spoke with Misty and she was very helpful. She told me it would take about an hour to an hour fifteen and they'd look at the loose window gasket & fix-it if possible or let me know if they needed parts, etc. My car was done in just under an hour, they were ordering the part and would let me know when it arrived so we could set a time to fix it. Misty called when they got the part just as promised. More

I'm used to having my car serviced, and then run thru the car wash. Found it interesting that 'dirty' was noted but the time Not taken to use the car wash..!? More
