We were able to trade in my car, and get an older larger suv. They searched around to find us a lender, since the vehicle we bought had high mileage. The process took just over a week, but they kept in contact the whole time, and allowed me to keep the vehicle I was trading in while the work was being done. Palmer also filled the tank on my 'new' vehicle, because of the length of time we had to wait. The day it was finished I couldn't pick it up, because I was watching a friends children plus my own. We wouldn't all fit in the car, so Palmer dropped of the vehicle we purchased and picked up our trade in. We had a really good experience. They wanted to make sure everything was safe before letting us take the 'new' vehicle home. I really appreciate the attention to detail that was given, and the thoughts for our safety as well as our childrens. More
I was directed to Reno Lithia Subaru through the COSTCO program. I wanted to drive a Subaru Impreza before buying, but none were available. As soon as one came in, Jonathan contacted me and after driving one that afternoon we signed paperwork to purchase. We had to await delivery, which finally took place 2.5 weeks later. That day, Jonathan texted me a photo of the car along with a message that it had arrived. We drove up that afternoon and took possession of the car. The people I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy. The COSTCO program is clear cut and fair to all. After taking delivery I returned for the purchase and installation of accessories. At that time I had my first encounter with the service staff and was, again, quite pleased. While waiting for the service to be completed, on a very hot day (although in an air conditioned waiting room), Randy came through and asked if anyone wanted an ice cream bar. It was delicious and really hit the spot and Randy expressed gratitude to everyone in the waiting area for their business. What a pleasant surprise! A couple of days later I stopped at a fast food place well into the evening and the steering column locked up. I could not start the car. I ended up calling/texting Jonathan as I knew he was usually up late. I was very grateful that he responded quickly and the issue was resolved and I was on my way. Now that's service...when a salesman is willing to help after hours!!! Thus I am very pleased, to date, with my Reno Lithia Subaru encounters. I look forward to a continuing relationship with this dealership as the vehicle's recurring service comes due. More

We went to Subaru to look at the impress because in our research it seeme to be the best choice for our budget and desires. When we got there Dustin immediately helped us discuessed the car with us. He had one of the salesman find the only one they had on the lot for us to test drive! After the test drive we decided we had to have that car so we went into the office and discussed options. We were exceedingly pleased with how quickly the process of purchasing the car went and the ease of the whole experience! We loved the honestly that Dustin had. He never tried to Put in hidden fees or make us feel bad for our decisions. He was up front an honest about everything he told us and all of the pricing! Our car came in so much faster than we expected and we have been deriving it for about a month now and absolutely love it! I can honestly say we probably won't ever buy a car from anywhere else! More
