Jesse did a fine job in helping me and was very friendly. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I was there to get a new vehicle, so obviously my trade-in was old. The front office, WHO EVER THEY ARE, did not want to help, saying " We think your trade in is too old and we really do not want to take it in as a trade. " This statement almost broke the deal and I was ready to walkout. I wasn't asking for an outrages trade in price, but the front office telling me that "THEY" did not want my trade in and that I should sell it on my own made me angry, at that point I wanted to walk out and take my $29,900.00 " PAID IN FULL" with me. Jesse, was nice enough to work with me and got me $799.80 for my trade in. I was also informed that within six hours, the same day, there was already an offer to buy my trade in. You should be thankful that you have a sale rep. like Jesse to smooth the way between your front office and the customer; it seems they did not want to make a deal. More

I was in for a surprise as the car I ordered became available much earlier than I anticipated. From that point on Jesse Watkins was the man. I didn't really expect him to respond but he kept the lines of communication open. As you may have guessed at this point to pull off all of the things I've mentioned one would require a certain smoothness and Jesse's got it. I recall his sense of humor able to make me and my girlfriend laugh multiple times. I flew in to the airport from Reno and he came in my car to pick me and the lady up. Bottom Line: a pure positive car buying experience that I will never forget! More
I started my search for a new vehicle in December of 2011. I drove Honda's, Toyota's, GM and Ford products but kept coming back to the Outback. I met Jesse on the first of five or six visits to Lithia . Each visit I was treated with courtesy and respect, every question answered and I was never made to feel as though I was wasting his time. In October I brought my son in to look and once again I was treated very well. Even though Jesse was in on his day off to deliver a car he sold the night before he took the time to help us and then hooked us up with Jonathan so we could finish our shopping for the day. The following Friday morning my son was able to drive away in his 2013 Legacy and that evening I drove away in a 2013 Outback. When I called Jesse that afternoon to ask if it was a good time to come in and buy a car I think he was taken back a little, his response was "really" heck yes, come on in. Bottom line is my son and I are both very happy with the service, the cars we chose and the price we paid, I even got a better interest rate then my credit union was able to offer. Jesse spent at least five or maybe six hours with me before I decided to buy and then when I picked out the car he made it happen quickly and without any problems. I walked onto your lot just to look. Tony approached us to help and what a great guy, I felt very taken care of and I trusted him right away, next thing I knew I was buying a new car. I think car salesmen do not realize how stressful the process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealershi process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealership and dealing with car salesman. However from the beginning Jesse was the ultimate professional, diplaying character and honesty throughout the transacation. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Paul who did not display the professionalism one would expect, especially since he misquoted important information in his email. It took Jesse and Dustin to bring me back to the negotiation table, and in the end they made it right. One of my friends is considering buying the same car, and I would recommend Lithia to her over any other dealership, but would steer her directly to Jesse for a stress-free transaction. More
