My experience at Reno Lithia Subaru started with Cynthia Roy, who was a pleasure because she knows her car specs (ground clearance, horsepower, options) between models. I finally went with an Outback and she helped usher me through the sales process from driving up to driving off in mere hours (I was expecting to have to come back). She was helpful with additional parts and service quotes (remote start, yeah) and we used the time as efficiently as possible (on a Saturday nonetheless). Randy, the GM, made sure to stop in and say hello and make sure I was getting everything I needed. The parts department was quick and accurate in looking up and ordering parts I was interested in. The service department provided quotes very quickly and saved them in the system for ease of scheduling. Since the purchase I've gotten my remote start installed, which was also a seamless, communicative process. I feel like I've gotten a great car and a good dealer relationship all in one package. First of all, I usually loathe going to car dealerships. I never feel like the people working there have my best interest at heart. This was not the case at Lithia Reno Subaru. I had shopped around and knew exactly what I wanted...I was given Mark Murphy ("Murph") to help me with my journey. All I can say is, "Wow." He was so genuine... didn't mess around with small talk, but made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my son and me and making sure we got a great deal. He not only worked hard to meet a deal I had been presented by another dealership, he gave me a better deal based on the options of the car I was interested in. It is somewhat scary, as a single mom, to go car shopping by myself. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was very friendly and non-threatening.
