Mark "Murph" Murphy took SUCH good care of me and my mum! He treated us like family, fought to get me an amazing deal, extended my warranty and bargained it down to and unbelievable price! I purchased a 2008 Subaru Forester XT (in top condition!) from Lithia Reno Subaru in October/2013..This Subaru is seriously in great condition, has some definite power!, & looks new...! Subsequent to a very bad experience at another nearby Subaru dealership, we went to Lithia Subaru of Reno due to Rob Canadian being recommended to us as someone who had a very good reputation to deal wit Subaru dealership, we went to Lithia Subaru of Reno due to Rob Canadian being recommended to us as someone who had a very good reputation to deal with. Upon meeting and working with Rob we immediately saw that he was most pleasant and professional to deal with. Consequently, there was a very minimal amount of time spent in finalizing the cost for the new Subaru Forester XT Premium with with the few options we desired. The final pricing (we researched the vehicle and its cost beforehand via the Internet) was very attractive and it was mutually agreed to in a very expedient manner. Again, no sales games - very straight forward, pleasant, and professional. It was easy to see why Rob was recommended to us by another individual who had done business with him previously.
