1st Class Buying Experience We bought our new car in January. My wife had done her homework and were out to test-drive some cars. We had the pleasure of dealing with Colin Varga as our salesman. Carlin took us around the lot and should us the two cars we were interested in with the features we wanted. We test drove both cars and Colin did a good job explaining the difference between the two. Once we decided on the Outback Colin took us on an incredible test drive showing us just what the car was capable of in the snow. Again taking the time to go over all the functions of the car. I have never had such a good buying experience, and would recommend him and the dealership too all interested. More
Bad from the start and keeps going My fiance and I visited this dealership because she wanted a newer Subaru, we went in and started looking at a nice used Subaru and Mark Murphy came o My fiance and I visited this dealership because she wanted a newer Subaru, we went in and started looking at a nice used Subaru and Mark Murphy came out started to "help" us. He seemed to have a bad attitude and couldn't be bothered because "he didn't care if he sold that car cause he didn't get commission on it, just a flat 25$" (yes he said that straight to our face) we then got passed off to Dylan Jurosovich who seemed nice up front and got us looking at a lease, we said we were interested but had to talk it over and would be back. With that he said "If you lease this car I'll through in the lifetime oilchanges" we went home and discussed it and came back the next day and got the car. we then came back for an oil change and was told there was no plan on our account, I confronted dylan and he called me a lieir to me face and swore up and down he never said it. after i started to get upset and kept climbing the ladder he finally said "it was my job to make sure it was in the paperwork when we signed it" but here's ,y problem, i dont work there, its HIS job to make sure the paperwork is correct. So my fiance bought the plan (800$ later) every time we go in for service, it takes them atleast 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change and there's always some excuse or a problem. Basically, this dealership is a pain to deal with and will not do not recommend to anyone!! More

The Subaru I drive is 14 years old, I LOVE this car and hopefully with the service departments help I'll be able to drive it another 14 years!!! My grandson who's 10 now tells me that he get's my car when he starts driving. More
they inspect very bad used cars Bought a 2009 F350 truck with 46k in only 2.5 months and after put only 210 miles I went to Ford dealership to do a oil change because I went to to Bought a 2009 F350 truck with 46k in only 2.5 months and after put only 210 miles I went to Ford dealership to do a oil change because I went to to Subaru to see the records they have none they found only the miles in the Truck, I did the oil change there and the free inspection they found a cracked pittman arm and torn link also 4x4 hub was broken and dust covers of the drive line were falling back to Subaru dealer they say can not doing nothing about that because their warranty expires few days ago and the salesmen went to check with service department and after a while comeback with al inspection form filled so they can make one when you request it but the truth was that few days before they have none so probably the truck was not inspected before they sell it after a make the deal they send it for smog check and was very dirty when I took it home if they visually inspected as they said they do not see the parts in need because was very dirty under still after few washes the truck has some dirt in it salesman there treat you very nice when you arrive there but after they see some problems they really bad people I trust the dealer before my family bought 3 new cars there but in the future not looking to buy anymore from there still there is a a very good competition around. My recommendation is to check with a real professional mechanic before sign anything do not trust them in used cars. More

Rob Canadian spent a lot of time with us that day and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We then tried Costco Auto Plan and were very happy that this dealer was on the Costco plan. Paul Bushnell helped get us started since he was a Costco sales person, but Rob sat with us and finalized the deal. Kept us happy and assured us every step of the way. He gave us the deal we were looking for. He then took us to service and introduced us and scheduled our extended warranty 4 way service appointment. Overall the best car buying experience I have had. Not What I was Expecting, Would Recommend I had not bought a new car since 1986 and was not looking forward to it. I did all of my work on line, visiting over five dealerships and going throu I had not bought a new car since 1986 and was not looking forward to it. I did all of my work on line, visiting over five dealerships and going through Costco just to avoid visiting a dealership personally. Costco directed us to Cosmin Covaciu with Lithia Subaru of Reno. I ask this guy about so many cars and Costco prices that I was sure he was going to get tired of my emails, he never did, and never once did he write that I had to come in and see him face to face to get a price. Cosmin just said that when we were ready just give him a call. I was sill looking on line at the other dealerships in California and getting prices. We visited our local dealership just to get an idea between the Outback and Forester, but knew there was no way they were going to beat any of the other prices in the area. We finally decided on a couple of vehicles in Lithia's inventory to look at, maybe to buy or not, but we were armed with the prices from Costco and from dealerships in California. We met Cosmin Covaciu and Paul Bushnell, These guys were great, not pushy at all. We found a Forester that we liked and took it for a test drive. Paul said I can get you this car at this price (I did not even tell him I had a price form the Costco list and the price he gave beat Costco.), and then all he ask was if we wanted to go in and talk about it. We decided to talk and the ended up matching a price from California. What a no-pressure buy for us. Then came a hitch with the car, I won't go into details but Paul was not happy about what happened to us and was going to make it right. Found us the same model Forester but with only 4 miles, for the exact same deal. No pressure to add this or that. Paul and Cosmin were great to deal with, not at all what I was expecting. My father in-law will be looking for a new Subaru and I am going to recommend Paul Bushnell and Cosmin Covaciu and Lithia. More

Lithia put my financial concerns ahead of the profit motive I was really impressed with the service rep who was sensitive to my financial situation and he could have sold me on doing lots more to the car but hi I was really impressed with the service rep who was sensitive to my financial situation and he could have sold me on doing lots more to the car but his suggestions saved me over 50% of what could have been the job cost. I've driven the car a week since the fix and so far, great! More
