They answered all my questions and helped me with one of my two problems. When the sale went from Paul and Jesse to the people who do the paper work is where I ran into two problems. So I would rate those people 3 stars. Problem #1 was when I got home and reviewed the paper work I noticed that my $1,000.00 down payment wasn't included in the numbers. I remembered being in the showroom I overheard a couple times to other customers that a $1,000.00 downpayment was required when ordering a car. It sounds like that is standard policy. If so I don't see how the person who did the paper work missed it. I know I missed it as a lot was going thru my mind when I signed the paperwork. Paul and Jesse helped me secure my deposit back in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciated. Problem #2 I didn't discover until I got to DMV. In talking to Paul early on I told him that I wanted the registration to be in my and/or my wife's name. Paul said he would need my wife driver's license which I brought on my next visit. He photocopied them. When I got to DMV window to registered the car I noticed that my wife's name was not on the EDRS form. I asked the person who was helping if I could add her name on the title. She said I would have to go back to the dealer, get a new EDRS and come back to the DMV. If you know anything about the long wait at DMV then you may understand why I didn't do so. I told her I will take care of it at another time. I realize that I should have caught both of these problems initially. I just assumed that it was all done correctly. I won't make that mistake again. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone. I would just caution them to make sure they go over the paperwork very carefully. More

repair of 2006 Subara Baja I have bought 4 Subaru's from Lithia and have no problems with there sales staff but was a little disappointed in there service dept. I had my Subaru I have bought 4 Subaru's from Lithia and have no problems with there sales staff but was a little disappointed in there service dept. I had my Subaru at another dealership for oil change and to replace timing belt etc and was told by a phone call I needed a Clutch at the cost of $1900 I had the clutch repaired 10,111 miles at same place. I didn't get if fixed instead I call the service manager at Lithia he told me to bring it in there Tech would drive car and well let me know instead they put the Subaru Baja up on the rack and them called me to come see the service writer she told me that I needed a new center differential at the tune of $2200 I was in shock I just wanted her to tell if I needed a clutch. Well I got it fixed but was a little upset lucky Subaru of America was willing to pick up the cost of parts. Now I have trust issues at both dealerships. I'm about to buy my 5th Subaru but I'm having second thoughts that I should buy something else. If you use Lithia service dept be sure you explain what you want done. Jerry S More
