Second time around I couldn't have asked to be treated better both times I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer. I felt I was given the best deal possible and left feeling confident in my purchase. Even Doha in finance was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru. Calin even spent another 40 minutes thoroughly going over the car as the evening was getting late on a Friday night, I never felt rushed. I already sent a co-worker and she bought a new Subaru yesterday. I will probably be going back for another Subaru after I sell my Lexus. Subaru cars have many of the bells and whistles for a lot less! More

Persistance pays off. My car had a hesitation problem that manifested it self at a constant speed where the power requirement was in between coasting and adding power, very My car had a hesitation problem that manifested it self at a constant speed where the power requirement was in between coasting and adding power, very annoying. After two attempts to fix the problem while waiting for the car, David, my service rep decided to give me loner car and fix the problem, as long as took. We had a personal trip planned so we drove the loner to Napa for a wine function with an old friend. A couple of days after we returned David calls and has the problem fixed. We picked up the car and have not had a problem since. This is good news, as the previous dealer in Carson City charged me several hundred dollars and said it was fixed but the next time I went to a high altitude and descended the Check Engine light came on again. I had the problem fixed at another dealer and came to Lithia for my new car. The best thing was that Lithia without a charge. More
