I called the original salesman about the problem I was put in touch with the floor manager, Mr. Richard Atkinson. He listened to our concerns and said he would take care of them; and he did. Mr. Atkinson not only listened to our concerns, he made sure the work was done properly. We found him pleasant and professional. From purchasing the car until I picked up the car (three or four visits) all of the staff were friendly and asked if they could help us and offer us bottled water. More

I have no problem recommending them, although if you are an out-of-State buyer like I was, you have to be ready to put up with unnecessary extra steps to keep your resident State happy. My car was gone for a while (two weeks), but they provided a rent-a-car and regular updates on how the service was going. Their mechanics even found a leaking cam carrier seal on my engine and replaced it for only minimum extra cost. My rep, John Dake, was with me every step of the way and was professional, courteous, helpful, and informative. I would recommend servicing your Subaru with Lithia anytime. More

During the week I texted them providing proof of insurance on the new car and asked if they needed any other documentation. I also told him I’d be writing a check. When we arrived at the dealership they said they only took cashiers check’s and my bank was closed for the weekend. Complete waste of time energy and effort.
