Recall Item & Oil Change My car required a recall item to be attended to and an oil change. Due to my car not accepting the programming after the new part was installed, I was My car required a recall item to be attended to and an oil change. Due to my car not accepting the programming after the new part was installed, I was sent home with a rental. The service person did not have my correct phone number, but I was sitting at the premises. After waiting all day, they spoke to me. The repairs to the automobile are wonderful! However, they could certainly work on the one to one customer communication. More

One of a kind!!! It was my first time here, have been to other dealers for service on my the vehicle. The Nissan service center was one of a kind!!! The only thing tha It was my first time here, have been to other dealers for service on my the vehicle. The Nissan service center was one of a kind!!! The only thing that needs some looking into, would be the after hours pick-up. I was not able to pick-up my vehicle before they closed. I was informed that they could leave my keys with the sales department since they are open a bit longer. I agreed..when I get there there was a lot of sales personnel everywhere expected at the front desk. So I'm there waiting and they see me but not one of them asked why I was there or if I needed help. I was the one who had to approach one of them...which by the way weren't busy. So that is my only dislike. More

Oil Change Took my Maxima for an oil change. Carlos greeted me right away! He was very nice and very helpful! He took care of me right away! I had a couple of Took my Maxima for an oil change. Carlos greeted me right away! He was very nice and very helpful! He took care of me right away! I had a couple of other issues with my car that were getting taken care of as well since I was already there for the oil change. Carlos advised me what the warranty would and wouldn't cover and how much I had to pay out of my pocket. I was there for a couple of hours BUT Carlos made sure to check in on me periodically to advise the status of my vehicle and what they were working on so far. I appreciated that very much! Besides, they have flavored coffee, water, Wifi and a TV. What more can you ask for! More
