Forever Oil change I arrived to my appt on time at 12:30 all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours, when I was told it would like 1 hour. A lot I arrived to my appt on time at 12:30 all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours, when I was told it would like 1 hour. A lot of people in waiting room were also frustrated with the duration of wait time for minor services. I was told by service Dept it was because it was Friday. I don’t care if it was Saturday a service is a service and people should have to give up the majority of their day for it. If you over booking you need to work on that and change it. Not happy at all! More
