Bad customer service My car was in due to a recall. Service department rep did not informed me when my shuttle ride will arrived when I asked. The staff never follow up so My car was in due to a recall. Service department rep did not informed me when my shuttle ride will arrived when I asked. The staff never follow up so I have to go look for the staff. Also, they stated they’ll do courtesy check on all my tires. My tires are bald and bad shapes. This is why I asked a quote for new tires. But they say my tires are good and they did not even give a quote on new tires when I requested in the beginning. This location has services that are liar, suck, and does not care about customer. More

Appointment to have my car service We had an appointment to check my car tire and it they said they it had a nail in it . My appointment was at 10 and they took more Than 2 hours to fix We had an appointment to check my car tire and it they said they it had a nail in it . My appointment was at 10 and they took more Than 2 hours to fix it I had to miss my other appointment. Why have appointments if they are going to take forever to fix. Very disappointed with their service . Then to top it off they couldn’t even tell us that the car was done we had to go complain at 12:40 and then they said oh it’s done. This place is very unprofessional and wonder if i would of got better customer service at another dealership More

Oil change contract I had an appt at 11:15am. Asked that I could be finished by 12:30 as I had an appointment. Was told that the shop was running 1 hour 20 minutes behind I had an appt at 11:15am. Asked that I could be finished by 12:30 as I had an appointment. Was told that the shop was running 1 hour 20 minutes behind and doubtful my car would be done. The service advisor told me this. He was not understanding about this. Serena the checkout woman called my house my cell and probably my employer to tell me my car was ready. On paperwork it said I was waiting in your waiting room. I forgot my cell so I had no way of knowing I had been called until I got home. I do not know how long it was before she figured out how to find me in lobby. I do want to say I did make my appointment and thank you to Joseph Linder for getting my car ready around 12:30! More

Service Went in for an oil change, Eric helped us. He made our first visit very nice and smooth, got us in and out pretty fast. Eric was very helpful really sat down and explained everything through and made sure to answer our question and made sure we left understanding everything that was done to our vehicle PLUS he is bilingual. We got a reminder call from Maria in service department, she followed up with me, very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and not once did she hesitate to end our conversation, she is bilingual which is also a plus. Amazing customer from her as well. Great customer service Eric.
